This family with three young children purchased this spec home midway through construction. We were asked to mitigate the overwrought Tuscan detail and to clean and modernize the interior as much as possible, while still respecting the traditional nature of the home and neighborhood. We were hired in time to redesign the lighting, and the kitchen, but the footprint, interior structure, windows and roof were a given.
